Who is responsible

What the website itself collects

Nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising code and no cookie set by this site. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver a page and to protect the service — your IP address, the request and your browser type. That happens for every website you visit and is not used by us to build a profile of you.

The contact form

If you use the form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, optionally a company name, and your message.

We use it for one thing — to answer you, and to carry on the conversation if there is one to have. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

The form is processed by Web3Forms, which receives the submission and forwards it to our mailbox. Our mail is hosted by Proton. Spam protection is hCaptcha, provided through Web3Forms. It loads only once you start using the form — not when you open a page — and it then sets cookies and examines device and interaction signals to judge whether you are a person. It is the only third-party code on this site, and if you never use the form it never loads.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a possible or ongoing engagement, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or an accounting obligation requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

If you email or call instead

The email address and phone number on this site reach us directly. What you send that way is held in the relevant service — our mail provider or our phone — under that service’s own terms, and we treat it with the same purpose and retention as a form enquiry.

Who else sees your data

Only the providers needed to run the site and receive your message:

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site
• Web3Forms — receives and forwards contact form submissions
• hCaptcha — spam protection on the form
• Proton — our email

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone else without a reason we can explain to you. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under their own transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have its use restricted, object to it, or receive it in a portable form. Write to us and we will deal with it — there is no form to fill in and no fee.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you are entitled to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.

Changes

If the site starts doing something it does not do today — analytics, a newsletter, a different form provider — this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. It is not a document we intend to update often.
